Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use yoursconvicted.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Yoursconvicted Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work on your property is done by an independent provider, not by Yoursconvicted Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost, or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to help in your area at a certain time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

General Information

The content here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer, or financial expert. Every tree and every property is different. What fits one yard may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices shift with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how hard it is to reach, and more. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts, and compare in writing.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood, and weakened structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and tell your utility company. If life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Yoursconvicted Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or without mistakes.
